Call with a credit card number or send a cheque in the post for same day despatch. Palm handhelds are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for next-day delivery. SUPPORT CHARGES
tap-it software do not have a mandatory, or voluntary, annual
support charge.
If there is a program error we correct that at our cost. If there is a change to the Regulations or there are significant enhancements to a product then there will be a charge for the update. This will typically be of the order of £30 to £40. |
